Adult Strength & Conditioning classes include a high-intensity workout designed for ALL levels. All athletes must be present for the warm-up & demo of the workout in order to participate in a class.

Note: This schedule is subject to change. Some optional items to bring to class are: pull-up grips, wrist wraps, knee bands and long (thick) socks for rope climb (and a yoga mat or beach towel for park workouts).
